Our ATA Tigers Program is specifically designed for children
ages 4 - 6 years old. We focus on teaching core skills such as self-control, self-confidence, focus, and respect. Classes incorporate a mix of Martial Arts Forms and techniques, Self-Defense techniques, Tiger friendly weapons training (Nunchucks, Bo staff, safety training swords), Board Breaking, and skills games!
Foundations Program
Our Foundations Program is open for students ages 7 to Adults.
This is where you will learn the basic fundamentals of Martial Arts, Taekwondo Forms, Self Defense techniques, and start to gain confidence in your skills.
Along with the traditional belt rank classes, students have the option to attend our Sparring, Weapons, Board Breaking, and Creative & Extreme Martial Arts classes.
In this program we not only teach the physical aspect of Taekwondo, but we also focus on teaching core life skills such as self-control, confidence, focus, discipline, and respect.

Leadership Program
Our Leadership Program is offered to students who show strong Leadership qualities inside, and outside of the studio. These students are invited to join the Leadership Program to learn how to use these qualities to become strong leaders now, and throughout their entire lives.
One of the biggest aspects of the Leadership Program is getting to be a part of our many community service projects we do throughout the year. Some of these projects include:
-
Food Drives
-
Collections For The Local Animal Shelter
-
Community Clean-Ups
-
Annual Care Package Donation For The Dupont Hospital NICU

Legacy Program
The Legacy Program is designed for those students who wish to learn how to become an ATA Martial Arts Instructor.
We follow a specially designed ATA curriculum that teaches how to connect with your students on an educational and emotional level, to maximize their Martial Arts potential.
This program takes individuals from Beginner Instructors all the way to Certified Instructors.
