Our ATA Tigers Program is specifically designed for children
ages 3 - 6 years old. We focus on teaching core skills such as self-control, self-confidence, focus, and respect. Classes incorporate a mix of Martial Arts Forms, Self-Defence techniques, Tiger friendly weapons training (Nunchucks, Bo staff, plastic training swords), Board Breaking, and skills games!
Our Basic Program is open for students ages, 7 to Adults.
This is where you will learn the basic fundamentals of Martial Arts, Taekwondo Forms, Self Defence techniques, and start to gain confidence in your skills.
We focus on teaching core skills such as self-control, self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, and respect.
Once students have completed the Basic Program and are ready to take their training to the next level, they will enter into the Master Program.
Along with the traditional Forms classes, this program opens students up to our Sparring, Board Breaking, Weapons, and Creative/X-treme Forms and Weapons classes!
The Master Program is open to students ages 7 to Adult.
Our Leadership Program is offered to students who show strong Leadership qualities inside, and outside of the studio. These students are invited to join the Leadership Program to learn how to use these qualities to become strong leaders now, and throughout their entire lives.
One of the biggest aspects of the Leadership Program is getting to be a part of our many community service projects we do throughout the year. Some of these projects include:
Collections For The Local Animal Shelter
Annual Care Package Donation For The Dupont Hospital NICU
The Legacy Program is designed for those students who wish to learn how to become an ATA Martial Arts Instructor.
We follow a specially designed ATA curriculum that teaches how to connect with your students on an educational and emotional level, to maximize their Martial Arts potential.
This program takes individuals from Beginner Instructors all the way to Certified Instructors.
