We are located at 8804 Coldwater Rd. Fort Wayne, IN 46825. We operate inside of Cabeen's Taekwondo.

No! This is a beginner camp for new students to begin their Taekwondo journey, no experience needed!

All campers are should bring the following items each day to camp to make sure they have the best possible experience. This list, along with other important information, will be sent via email once you register.

-Water bottle with closable lid (no open straw cups or cans)

-Non-refrigerated snacks if desired (we will provide some snacks as well)

- Uniform with Belt (given on first day of camp)

The following items fall under the do NOT bring to camp list. This allows campers to have the best possible experience connecting with staff and one another.

-animals

-sharp objects

-weapons

-explosives

Personal Cell Phones can be brought to camp and left in the cubby during camp. They can be used to reach parents in case of an emergency.

Drop off can be as early as 8:45am. A parent or guardian will need to physically walk campers into the studio to sign a camper in.

A parent or guardian will need to physically walk in to pick campers up and sign them out at Noon each day. Only pre-approved individuals will be allowed to pick up and will be required to present an ID.

If a camper becomes ill or injured parents will be notified immediately and required to pick up their child. If a parent can not be contacted then an emergency contact person will be called. In the case of an emergency 911 will be contacted as well.

Any cancellation with at least 3 days notice will be fully refunded. If you must cancel within 2 days of your scheduled camp we will not be able to refund your registration. If a camper must miss part of a camp we will not issue partial refunds.

We hope to create the best possible experience for all campers. If a camper is not following staff directions, being unsafe or unkind to other campers we will work diligently to redirect and encourage them to change the behavior. If the behavior continues, a parent will be notified and if severe enough the camper will be asked to not return to the camp.
